Before using the online booking system, please read the Terms of Use and Cancellation Policy as these will apply regardless of whether or not you read them.
Payment is taken at the time of service.
If you are looking to book a same-day appointment, it is best to check the online schedule first. Schedule the available time, then call me to confirm. This will block out the time and secure the appointment. If I am in an appointment, I will return your call as soon as possible.
Privacy & Protection: All information gathered on this site and through the online scheduling system is maintained through an encrypted and secure server. The privacy of your personal information is safeguarded according to HIPAA government regulations. No other clients using the system will be able to view your bookings or personal information. Only the internal authorized staff of InnerLight have access to the booking system.
New Clients:

If you do not want to fill them out online, you may do so in my office. However, it will take away from the time we have together.

New To Online Booking? Follow These Simple Guidelines Below:
- If you are a new client, make sure you link to and read the "Terms of Use" and the "Cancellation Policy" pages. Also, be sure to fill out and submit the "Massage Intake Form" or "Colonic Intake form" also listed on this page.
- Remember you do not have to book online and can call my office at anytime to book an appointment: 801-366-9544.
- If you are ready to book an appointment, click the button above marked "Book Now!".
- You will first need to log into the online booking system. If this is your first time you will need to set-up an account. The system will help you do this.
- In the first screen you will choose from a list of services. Click on the service you want to book and click the button marked "Next". In the next screen you will choose the day and time you would like to book the appointment. Select the day on the calendar and the available time slots will be listed next to the calendar. Select the time slot you'd like to book and click the "Next" button. Clients are able to book an appointment up to 90 days in advance.
- The next screen is a review of the choosen appointment type, date and time booked. You can enter any pertinent information into a comments section and then click on the button marked "Save".
- YOU'RE DONE! WHEW! Now that wasn't that hard, right? Please make sure you check your spam box and add me to your "safe list" so future emails can be received properly. If you are trying to book a same-day appointment, book it first online and then call me to confirm the appointment.
- You will receive an email reminder the day before your scheduled appointment. Again, the email will contain a link to a map if you are unsure of the directions to my office.
